Early Bird Registration (until May 1, 2008) - $4,995.00
Regular Registration (until August 1, 2008) - $5,195.00
Late Registration After August 2, 2008 - $5,395.00
*These figures are all based on double occupancy.
Single occupancy housing is an additional $365.00.

The Early Bird tuition, as explained above is $249.75 per class day which includes round trip air-fare from Newark, New Jersey to Bristol, England. We encourage you to register early. This school will fill quickly.

IF YOU LIVE IN EUROPE, the cost of a round trip flight from Newark, New Jersey to Bristol, England is included for North Americans; therefore, please deduct $800 from the cost of your Registration. Remember, your payment must be in US Dollars ($). You will have to make your own travel arrangements to Buffalo, New York for the three meetings (September 2008, November 2008 and March 2009), and probably rent a car from there to the meetings at Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale, New York.

You can arrange for a monthly payment schedule with our office. They will include an initial deposit of $1250 and additional $100.00 for administrative and processing costs. Payment in full must be made by February 1, 2009.

Cancellation

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when you get your plane tickets. Cancellation of your reservation must be in writing (by email or letter) and is considered effective on the date of receipt by Fellowships of the Spirit.

· Cancellation by you up to 90 days prior to the first weekend (September 19 (eve) – 21, 2008):
Deposit are refundable in full, less an administrative fee of 10% of the deposit.

· Cancellation by you up to 30 days prior to September 19 (eve) – 21, 2008:
Deposit are refundable, less an administrative fee of up to 30% of the total cost. If we are able to fill your place in the school in the interim, this administration fee may be reduced at our discretion.

· Cancellation by you less than 30 days prior to September 19 (eve) – 21, 2008:
No refunds can be made for cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the school. As our accommodation and transportation costs are made and paid well in advance of the beginning of the school, we are rarely able to change these arrangements or recoup any payments made.

In the event that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we find it necessary cancel the school before it begins, you will be fully refunded any deposit or full payment you have made to us.

We also reserve the right to modify the itinerary/schedule to provide the best possible experience under the circumstances prevailing at the time. For example, deep snow in November (which can happen in western New York) might cause us to curtail some outside activities, and put them off until March.

Purchasing Plane Tickets

Do not purchase your plane tickets to Newark until you have received confirmation from us that we have sufficient registrants for the school to go ahead! Should Fellowships of the Spirit cancel the school, we will return your deposit in full.

Should you miss the flight from Newark to Bristol, you will be financially responsible for making other arrangements to get to Bristol, England.

We will confirm that the school will go ahead as soon as we have sufficient registrations. It will then be safe to make your plane reservations.
